Having held the position of RV–Director for the Land and Building Asset Class in previous roles, Abhishek possesses extensive expertise in the valuation of Retail and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) for Banks, NBFCs, and Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs). His service portfolio encompasses diverse sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial Estates, and Retail Assets.
Abhishek is highly skilled in preparing Appraisal Reports for cases involving Approved Project Funding and Construction Finance, demonstrating his strong analytical acumen and meticulous approach. Beyond valuation, his civil engineering background includes significant experience in project execution, billing, material reconciliation, and DPR preparation, gained through various roles within the civil engineering sector.
